# Teleporting

An important skill to master is our Teleport feature.

To teleport around the set, **press down and hold the left thumbstick like a button and point the controller at the ground.**

A ring will appear where your hand is pointing. A red ring indicated you are unable to teleport there, a blue ring indicates you can. When you're ready, **release the thumbstick** to teleport to the location. \
\
IMPORTANT: Once embodied, the main menu displayed on your left controller will be automatically turned off, so you may immediately go into performance mode. However you can toggle it back on (and then off again) by pressing the B button on your right hand controller.
