# Welcome

## Overview

Animotive is all about making 3D animation feel like a live action set. In a VR headset you can perform as Characters and interact with Props and Sets. You can also operate Cameras and Lights or just stand in the space and direct your team.&#x20;

Animotive comes with a selection of stock assets to get you started but you can also add your own Sets, Characters and Props using our Asset Library.&#x20;

There are many different ways to use Animotive. It's a great way to workshop and previsualise an idea, or speed up your existing animation process.  It may even be your whole production pipeline depending on your needs.&#x20;
